Where do you ship to?
We are located here in the sunny island of Singapore but we do ship worldwide!
Delivery rates will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Local delivery: 2-3 working days
International delivery: 7-20 business days, depending on location.
How do I track my order?
You will be given a tracking number once the order has been mailed out.
You can key in the tracking number here.

Is the UV DTF transfer decal removable?
UV DTF transfer decals are permanent, scratch-proof and waterproof.
Do I need an application tool to apply the decal transfer?
I personally use a squeegee tool to apply the decal but you can use any card or even your fingers to apply.
How long do I have to wait before using the cup with the transfer decal?
Do wait for about 24h for the design to be cured on the surface before washing and using it.
Can I put the cup in the dishwasher?
Kindly do not put them in a high-heat dishwashing cycle, as the heat might cause the decals to peel or become damaged.
You can wash them with soap and water!
